ü Displacement, Distance, Speed, Velocity and Acceleration:

Read and must clear concept of everything. Read topic 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.              

Understand the concept of difference between; Distance and Displacement, Speed and Velocity, Velocity and acceleration.                                                                     

Memorize the formulae and practice the alteration of formula and numericals.

Try to memorize important lines and definitions.

ü  Velocity time graphs: (High yield topic v.v.v Imp)

Make concepts clear about graphs.

Practice MCQs of v-t and a-t graphs and other correlation graphs given in notes. Read article 3.4 and do figure 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6. Example number 3.1 is important.

ü  Equations of motion and Newton Laws:

Theoretically important. Read articles 3.5 and 3.6. Make clear concepts of inertia and inertial frame of reference. Understand the concept of "g".

ü  Momentum, Law of Conservation of momentum, Force and Momentum: (High yield numerical topic)

 Read Article 3.7, must clear concepts regarding momentum and its relation with force and impulse. 2nd law of motion with respect to momentum

Relation of  KE with momentum, Impact of mass on v and P. Practice various forms of law of conservation of  Momentum. And practice as much MCQs as you can. Memorize all the formulae and practice alteration.Example no. 3.2 is important

ü  Elastic and Inelastic Collisions: ( Important topic)

Read Article 3.8, make clear understanding. Practice various cases

Memorize formulae for v1 and v2.

ü Projectile Motion and its Applications:

(Most Important theoretical and numerical topic)

Read complete article 3.12. Memorize all formula and alterations. Practice MCQs as much as you can.

ü  Torque and its Uses: (Important high yield numerical topic )

Make clear cut concept regarding torque, Read article 2.4, Memorize and practice all alterations of the formula.

Relation of torque with work and angular acceleration, with centripetal force, and with the equilibrium.
